I love how life throws the craziest coincidences at you randomly! It was a random Saturday when I received a call from an agent who is based out of West Virginia seeing if I would be able to work with one of her clients who lives in North Charlotte. I told her absolutely and met them at a home they were interested that evening! Come to find out, I have known these clients for years and years! It was such a fun moment when he and his boyfriend got out of the car, we stared at each other for a solid ten seconds before making the connection. This took my excitement up to a level 10! I love working with referrals but I really love when I end up being able to help someone I know so this was truly a win win for me!

We were able to dig into the search super quick and find my clients the perfect home within a few weeks! He had a goal of finding a home that could be added on to as he wants to have a home hair studio in the near future! This home provided us with an awesome interior, and a perfect spot to add a studio onto! This cute little home in Harrisburg was also in a perfect spot for his clients as it is not too far from the city and close to family. The sellers were also fantastic to work with as they were the builders who remodeled the property. So anything that came up during the inspection was handled quickly without issue! The only small snag we ran into was with the lender on the day of closing, after days and days of checking in the lender was not as on top of it as he stated previously. But luckily we were working with the best attorney in town who was able to stay 30 minutes after she typically closed her office to get the property closed out for us. I was able to immediately release the keys to my clients and they were able to stay in the home that night, so in the end it all worked out! Such a great group of people to work with and I cannot wait to see how they transform this property!
