Time for another case of great teamwork! Kate and I have worked together on a few different properties and here we are back with another successful transaction! Since Kate does not live local to Charlotte, we have teamed up so that I am able to handle all in person appointments and such and she handles the behind the scenes computer work. Some of her best friends were in the market to purchase a home this year and I was lucky enough to help them out with anything they needed in person! After about 3 months of touring, they fell in love with 3633 Conway Avenue! This home is in a great location south of Charlotte and is right down the street from some of their friends! The inside is beautifully updated and they are so excited to add some extra character to the exterior!

We knew this home would go quickly, so I very quickly got them in for a first showing, then a second and that was it, it was time to submit an offer! There were multiple offers on the table but we were able to beat out the other offer and get them this home! Inspections were pretty smooth and we were able to get our clients some money towards closing so that they can take care of some of the repairs once they moved in. It was a great transaction and a pure joy to work with Kate and our clients. I know they are ecstatic to move in together as this is their first home as a couple! I wish them all the best as they step into this new journey of home ownership!
