This new construction home was a great one in the beginning of 2026! I was referred to my clients by a friend of mine to assist them in purchasing this home. They had their minds set on the target and my goal was to make sure we were able to cross the finish line! After much negotiation back and forth with the builders agent, we were able to come to terms on a price and financing plan. This was a case of you don’t know unless you ask. My clients were looking to set up a payment plan to spread out their down payment over a few weeks prior to closing rather than one lump some payment. Luckily I was able to work with the builders agent on setting that up for them so that they felt comfortable and confident on the sale! besides that, the builders were great to work with! They performed every repair that was needed on the home throughout the transaction and were very responsive.

I am so happy that I was able to assist my clients on this purchase! I have loved watching their progress as they have really turned this house into a home and the backyard into a true oasis! My client is a fantastic landscaper so there was no doubt in my mind that they would be able to create the yard of their dreams!
