I have found that in this business, there are many agents who are extremely kind, and some who are not. My moto has always been to give kindness and build solid relationships. Some people see real estate as a huge competition, but this is not the way to go about it in my opinion, there is room for all of us to find success! Lucky for me, I was able to work hand in hand with another great agent on this transaction! Kate and I were previously on a real estate team together until it was disbanded in March of 2026. Kate lives in Charleston, SC, but still has multiple clients who live in or near Charlotte, NC. So, we were able to team up on this transaction to assist one of her best friends in purchasing their first home! Since I am local to the area, I handled all in person operations while Kate handled the behind the scenes work. We worked together with clear communication and set roles which created an awesome partnership!

I had taken our clients to tour a few other properties in the Mount Holly area for a few weeks before we landed on this home. It was very well maintained and we were able to snatch it up under its appraisal value! The transaction was otherwise smooth with the sellers offering concessions in place of repairs, this worked out perfectly for our buyers to be able to personalize the home post closing.
