Real Estate is never steady, we all know that. And for agents its no different. There are months where I have three sales, and months where I have zero. At the end of 2025, beginning of 2026 I went through a period of hard work and no return, but I knew that no matter what I was doing what I love and I knew my work would pay off. Low and behold February rolls around and business started to take off! This home was my first sale of 2026 and I was so grateful for it! One of my best friends and her family was in desperate need of more room for her family as they were living in a three bedroom, two bathroom small home with two small kids and many many toys! We had briefly discussed this home months earlier but finally went to tour it in late January. After touring, it was a lock, my clients knew that this home and this neighborhood was perfect for them!

The transaction went well, my clients had all of their ducks in a row and we were fairly flexible with the sellers as they were relocating states and had quite a bit that needed to be moved from the home. Luckily for my buyers, the sellers had up-fitted this home with so many upgrades throughout their time owning it, everything my buyers wanted done were cosmetic and something they would take care of after closing. I couldn’t have picked a better home for my clients and friends, not to mention this home puts them even closer to me! Great home, great neighborhood, great family!
