This home was one for the memories! As you can tell by the photos it is gorgeous and extremely unique. But we definitely didn’t know just how popular it would be. In a no HOA neighborhood with an absolutely massive fenced in back yard and gorgeous fire place, we knew it would be gobbled up rather quickly, but we didn’t realize it would only take 2 hours! We received a sight unseen offer within two hours of listing the home as coming soon. The offer was too good to pass up so my clients wanted to accept it.

Everything moved fairly smooth throughout until we got into inspections. The inspection report came back with a few items that needed attention and it took quite a bit of negotiating back and forth to come to a conclusion on concessions that my clients would provide towards closing. But we were able to get through it and come to an agreement.

I was so lucky to be able to work with some of my best friends on this home! After helping them purchase their home we needed a pretty quick turn around to get this one up and listed. It took many trips to the home helping clean and prep, with a few trips to Lowes to grab some essentials, but we got it done and listed within three weeks! Such a beautiful home, location, and neighborhood. I truly hope the new owners enjoy it as much as my clients had!
