19106 Mallard Drive

19106 is a rather adorable single family retirement community home if I do say so myself! I was able to work with some great people on this one! The woman who was selling this home was moving to a new retirement community, one with more hands on care and closely located to family in Concord. This home definitely needed some hands on help, the owner has lived a long and fruitful life so there is much in the home that needed moved prior to finalizing staging. So after many trips back and forth to the storage unit, the family and I were able to get this home cleaned up and ready to go!

Not too much to write about the transaction once it was under way. The community this home is located in does not allow open houses or signs in the yard unfortunately because open houses are my favorite when I have new homes on the market! Luckily, this community has a great network of other agents that I was able to connect with and get the word out that this home was for sale! We were able to find the right buyer and get the deal done! I couldn’t be happier for my seller in this situation as I know it was tough to say goodbye, yet rewarding to be so much closer to the people who love her most.
