Hope you’re feeling personal again! My husband and I were in a position where we were ready to move into a single family home, not necessarily larger, extremely expensive, or with huge upgrades. Matter of fact, we ended up downsizing a bit into our single family which was perfect for us! It allowed our pups to have a great back yard and our house is homier than ever! Nonetheless, our move required us to sell our townhouse.

No crazy stories to tell, a smooth transaction followed with lots of cleaning and moving. This was the first home that we bought so selling was bittersweet. But we are so happy where we are now that there isn’t a doubt in our mind that we made the right choice!
