Time to get personal! My husband (fiance at the time) and I knew it was time to move from our townhouse into a single family home. As dinkwad’s (dual income no kids with a (2) dog) we wanted our pups to live their best lives with a huge back yard and lots of space to run and play. So, story doesn’t get too exciting on this one, just a young couple with a dream and a budget! We toured this home three times before making the final decision. This is something I highly suggest to all my clients, go back multiple times and wipe away the rose colored glasses from the first visit!

All in all, the transaction was smooth, the home is a relatively newly built home which made for quick and easy inspections. The hard work came after move in as we had a vision - darker wood flooring, creamy cabinets, warming wall colors, and homier vibes. After living here for a while and experiencing life, I am incredibly grateful that we made this decision!
