5710 Mantario Drive
Now this is a fun one! 5710 Mantario Drive was my second property sold, and I ended up working on both the buyers and sellers side. I have a family member that was interested in a very specific subdivision in Highland Creek, but nothing was for sale at that current time. So, I went ahead and wrote a letter to every home in that neighborhood alerting the homeowners that I had motivated buyers ready to move in. Not fully expecting much to come from it, I received a response within a few weeks! I was able to set up a showing with the current owners and took my buyers to the home to walk through. I knew it was meant to be when my buyers walked out to the backyard that overlooks the golf course and say “I can see myself growing old here”. That was the nail in the coffin, I had to get them this home!
I started negotiations back and forth with the sellers to make sure we found a number my buyers were happy with. From there on it was a fairly smooth transaction. A lot of puzzle pieces started falling into place, the sellers needed to do a lease back as they were building a home that wouldn’t be ready for a few months. This ended up working out perfectly with my buyers as they would also need to sell their home before moving! Nonetheless, it was a fantastic transaction with happy clients on both sides of the isle.
